AY Makun and Ex- wife Battle In Court Over Child Custody

AY Makun, a Nigerian comedian, and his estranged wife Mabel are reportedly fighting over custody of their second child.

Recall the couple announced the breakup of their 15-year marriage in April 2024, for an unclear cause. Stella Dimoko Korkus, an investigative blogger and journalist, reported that Mabel had denied AY access to their second kid after their split.

Stella Dimoko Korkus said that, according to intimate friends of the split couple, AY broke a deal with his daughter’s babysitter and contacted her via the nanny’s phone.

According to the investigative journalist, Mabel overheard AY chatting to their daughter on the nanny’s phone and destroyed the phone before firing the babysitter.

According to Stella Dimoko Korkus, AY’s custody fight with his ex-partner, Mabel, has escalated, with Mabel pledging to never give AY access to their kid.
