I think he is wrong if the video below is true. They just need an enabling environment to thrive and explore their talents.
In the video below a Nigerian man shows off a robot he built in a mall.
When asked by onlookers if he built the robot which was walking down, he replied in the affirmative. His innovation and talent left so many stunned that they almost found it unbelievable.
What are your thoughts on this ? Do you believe him ? of think he is lying?
