Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in the United States on June 16, 1957, Wanda Elizabeth “Beth” Moore experienced her childhood in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where her parents owned and managed a cinema house. Moore and her four siblings grew up with their parents and all had to help out at the cinema from a young.
