How to Check the Zamfara Teachers Recruitment Shortlist
Applicants can check their recruitment status through the official Zamfara recruitment portal:Â Zamfara Teachers Recruitment Portal
Open the portal and use the required details to access your recruitment information.
If you have been shortlisted, the portal should provide access to your examination or invitation slip where applicable.
Applicants should check their status directly on the official portal rather than relying on screenshots, forwarded messages or unofficial websites claiming to have the complete shortlist.
How to Print the Zamfara Teachers CBT Examination Slip
Shortlisted candidates should log in to the recruitment portal and access their examination or invitation slip.
After opening the slip, check the details carefully before printing it.
Pay particular attention to the examination centre, venue, date and time because these details determine where and when you are expected to take the CBT.
Print the slip ahead of the examination date and keep it in good condition.
Is the Examination Slip Required?
Yes. ZITDA stated that the examination slip is mandatory for admission into the CBT examination hall.
Candidates should therefore print the slip before going to the examination centre and take it with them on the examination day.
What Should You Take to the CBT Centre?
Candidates should take:
- Their printed examination slip
- A valid means of identification
Check the details on your slip before travelling to the centre. If your assigned venue is outside your immediate area, plan your journey early to avoid arriving late.
Candidates should also follow any additional instructions provided on their examination slips or by the recruitment authorities.
What If You Have Not Received an SMS or Email?
ZITDA advised applicants who have not received SMS or email notifications to remain patient and continue checking the official recruitment portal.
You can check your recruitment status here:Â https://recruitment.zamfara.gov.ng/ube
Also check the email address used during registration, including the spam or junk folder, and make sure the registered phone number is still accessible.
Not receiving a notification immediately should not be treated as confirmation that your application was unsuccessful.
Important Advice for Candidates
Being shortlisted for the CBT does not mean that you have already secured a teaching position. It means that you have progressed to the next stage of the recruitment exercise.
Candidates should avoid anyone who asks for money in exchange for guaranteed selection, a change of examination centre or assistance with the recruitment outcome.
Use the official recruitment portal for your application status and examination information, and rely on official ZITDA announcements for any changes to the CBT schedule or instructions.
