Veekee James, a popular designer, has a light-hearted conversation with her husband, Mr. Atere, in which he playfully threatens to penalise her for continually forgetting to wear her wedding ring.

The celebrity stylist, known for creating cute content about her marital life, had her admirers gushing with admiration over her most recent post.

In the post, she shared her husband’s next strategy for dealing with her regular habit of not wearing her wedding ring.

He promised to start charging fees as a fine. During their conversation, Mr. Atere jokingly told her, “Anytime you forget your ring, you will be fined 100,000.”

Recall, Veekee James Atere, a celebrity fashion designer, and her spouse, Femi Atere, have faced criticism for currency differences splashed during a wedding ceremony.

The couple attended Veekee’s colleague Prudent Gabriel’s white wedding to gospel artist Peterson Okopi.

During the wedding, while Prudent and Peterson were enjoying their couple’s dance, Veekee and Femi jumped in, cheering them on and spraying money—a common Nigerian celebration practice.

However, the video attracted conflicting reactions on social media when it was revealed that Veekee was showering dollar bills on the bride, Prudent, while her husband, Femi, sprayed N200 notes on the groom, Peterson.
