Mr P Confirms Legal Battle With Brother For Ongoing Song

Controversy surrounding Nigerian pop duo Psquare increases when Peter Okoye releases twin brother Paul’s contact information via a lawyer during an ongoing song rights dispute.

The animosity between the Psquare duo resurfaced following Peter’s newest release, ‘Attention’, which Rudeboy claimed was sampled from his unreleased album, which is set to be released in June 2025.

In a recent Instagram post, Peter dismissed the reaction over his recent social media battle with his twin brother.Peter claimed he had evidence to counter Rudeboy’s assertions.

Peter also said that Rudeboy has contacted him through a lawyer, requesting that his most recent song release, ‘Attention’, be removed from all music platforms.

His message states, “Call us names, call us childish; it’s okay.I understand, but if someone says something wrong about me and I have evidence, I have the right to defend myself.”

“Let’s keep winning.”You claimed you wrote the song and knew nothing about @calypso60music. So, how come @calypso60music and I are suddenly telling you what to sing?”

“Just for the record, guys! JUDE AND PAUL consulted with a lawyer and are doing everything possible to remove the song off all music platforms. I’ll fight till the finish. 🙅‍♂️”. “I have a full chest!” @calypso60music and I wrote “WINNING”.”
