Made Kuti Celebrates His First Wedding Anniversary

On November 1, 2024, the singer pondered on their marriage thus far and shared images from their glitzy wedding celebrations on Instagram.

He wrote, “Happy Anniversary, Love! @nedokuti,” as a tribute to his wife. I can’t believe a year has passed already. I appreciate you being flawless. And a huge thank you to our friends and family for making it so lovely.”

Additionally, Indeoye shared a heartfelt reflection on their first year of marriage and the years they’ve spent together in a post of her own on Instagram.

She wrote, “Knowing you for 15 years, Being with you for 4 years and Married to you for 1 year has been beautiful and easy because it’s YOU and I’ll do it all over again. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Adé Orí Mi!!! To many more years of friendship, love, belly laughs, gisting and dancing together(even though I’m the better dancer. I love you my husband @madekuti.”

In 2023, a private event attended by intimate friends, relatives, and celebrities, the white wedding ceremony and traditional wedding took place in Ikeja, Lagos State.

In the social media videos that have gone viral, Ideoiye walked down the aisle beside her parents, who were beaming and wearing traditional clothing.

As they performed their wedding vows, pledging to love each other until the day they died, Kuti, on the other hand, was ecstatic. To everyone’s delight, the event was then live-streamed on Instagram after they signed their wedding certificate.
