Yul Edochie Receives Criticism For His Advice To The Youths

Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor and internet preacher, has stirred up controversy once more with a daring message for young Nigerians.

He addressed young people who believe their superiors are mistreating them in a recent social media post.Yul questioned the “slave mentality” that he believes is holding back the advancement of this age.

If young people want to achieve, he said, they should let go of their grievances.

He wrote:

“Dear Youth: You have to bend to overcome in life.Before being a boss, you have to serve B. These days, I hear the phrases “he’s using me” and “she’s using me” a lot.

“If you wish to advance, get rid of that mindset.You have to go through difficult circumstances in order to reach the top. Serve and serve well, please.”

Recall, the controversial actor discourage Nigerians not to protest.

Though he accepted that many people were experiencing extreme hardship, Edochie discouraged demonstrating due to the possible unfavourable consequences.

“I recognise the difficulties. The solution is not to protest. Protests are used by some as an excuse to break into stores owned by others, steal, damage property, and inflict harm or death on defenceless Nigerians who are already suffering greatly.

Ultimately, the protest’s goal will be unsuccessful. Recall the events of End Sars,” said Edochie.

Yul Edochie went on, “The solution is not protest. Let’s exercise patience. Let’s continue to voice our opinions and offer our support.

President Tinubu pays attention and is making every effort to put things right. Let us exercise patience, fellow Nigerians.”

Many Instagram users and Edochie’s followers expressed their disapproval of his position and their displeasure with his words, criticising his opinion widely.

Many claimed that, in opposition to Yul Edochie’s orders, protests are an essential way for people to voice their complaints and call for change.
