Al-Hikmah University Recruitment Requirements

The requirements depend on the position being applied for.

For Senior Lecturer positions, the university generally requires a Ph.D. in the relevant field, scholarly publications and at least three years of full-time university teaching and research experience. Some specialized positions have additional professional requirements.

For Lecturer I, candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline together with relevant scholarly publications.

For Lecturer II, the stated requirement is either a Ph.D. in the relevant field or a master’s degree with at least four relevant publications.

Candidates applying for Assistant Lecturer positions are expected to have at least a master’s degree in the relevant field.
