The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has commenced its 2026 nationwide recruitment exercise, inviting qualified Nigerians to apply for various positions across its Officer, Marshal Inspectorate, and Road Marshal Assistant cadres.

About the FRSC Recruitment 2026
The Federal Road Safety Corps is the agency responsible for road safety administration, traffic management, rescue operations, and enforcement of road traffic regulations across Nigeria.

1. Officer Cadre
Applicants with university degrees and relevant professional qualifications can apply for the following positions:
Superintendent Route Commander (SRC) – CONPASS 11
Qualification:
- MBBS or equivalent degree in Medicine from a recognized institution.
Route Commander / Deputy Route Commander (RC/DRC) – CONPASS 10/09
Eligible qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- B.Sc Nursing
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
- LLB with BL
- B.Eng or B.Tech
Assistant Route Commander (ARC) – CONPASS 08
Applicants must possess:
- B.Sc
- BA
- HND
Additional requirement:
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
2. Marshal Inspectorate Cadre
Marshal Inspector II & III (MI-II & MI-III) – CONPASS 07/06
Applicants should possess any of the following:
- National Diploma (ND/OND)
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Registered Midwife (RM)
- Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) Certificate
3. Road Marshal Assistant Cadre
Road Marshal Assistant II & III (RMA II & III)
Applicants must possess:
- Minimum of three (3) credits in SSCE, WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB.
- English Language and Mathematics are compulsory.
- Results must not exceed two sittings.
Drivers, Riders and Artisans
FRSC is also recruiting skilled personnel including:
- Drivers
- Motorcycle Riders
- Computer Operators
- Automobile Mechanics
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Tailors
- Welders
- Other technical artisans
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum three SSCE credits.
- Trade Test Certificate or any relevant professional qualification.
- Relevant work experience where applicable.
General Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the FRSC Recruitment 2026, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian by birth.
- Be medically fit and present a medical fitness certificate issued by a government hospital.
- Possess good character.
- Have no criminal record.
- Not be financially indebted.
- Be physically and mentally fit for paramilitary service.

Height Requirements
Applicants must meet the minimum height requirements:
Male Applicants
- Minimum height of 1.65 metres
Female Applicants
- Minimum height of 1.56 metres

Officer Cadre
- 18 to 35 years
Marshal Inspectorate Cadre
- 18 to 30 years
Road Marshal Assistant Cadre

Articulated Vehicle and Tow Truck Drivers
- 26 to 40 years
Salary Structure
Successful candidates will be employed under the Consolidated Paramilitary Salary Structure (CONPASS) according to the grade level of their respective cadres.
