VDM Allegedly Arrested Over Using Police Uniform

Verydarkman, a controversial critic, was purportedly taken into custody by the Nigerian Police Force for unauthorised use of a police outfit.

Earlier, Gistreel claimed that Verydarkman issued a public apology after being summoned by the Nigerian Police over a video of him wearing a police outfit.

According to Kokopee, a close colleague of Verydarkman, his detention is the result of an ongoing inquiry into the viral video.

Kokopee claimed that Verydarkman would be charged in court tomorrow, expressing dissatisfaction with Nigeria’s judicial system.

He also sought help from well-meaning Nigerians and admirers in the wake of Verydarkman’s arrest and confinement.

Just yesterday, Verydarkman, apologises to the Nigerian police for unauthorised usage of their uniforms.

Recalls how, a few days ago, the media figure surprised many by donning a police uniform and declaring himself a social media police officer sanitising the e-streets.

The Nigerian police, on the other hand, had warned him against wearing their uniform.

A recent YouTube video shows Verydarkman apologising to Nigerian police.

He clarified that he had just designed a comparable uniform, and that his wearing it was not intended to satirise or insult the military.

Verydarkman apologised to the soldiers and praised them for their selfless duty in safeguarding the lives and property of the people.
