Federal Government Opens NDE RHEI Phase III 2026 Applications for 20,000 Nigerians

The Federal Government has officially commenced applications for the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase III 2026, a nationwide empowerment programme designed to equip unemployed and underemployed Nigerians with practical vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, and opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.

The initiative forms part of the government’s ongoing efforts to tackle unemployment, promote self-reliance, and empower thousands of Nigerians with the skills needed to secure jobs or establish profitable businesses.

According to the National Directorate of Employment, 21,824 Nigerians are expected to benefit from the Phase III edition of the programme across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
