General Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform duties based on the role they are employed for. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and after-sales requests.
• Managing warranty claims and customer records.
• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle air conditioning systems.
• Coordinating service schedules and technical support.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Working with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

The qualifications required vary depending on the position applied for.

Generally, applicants should possess any of the following where applicable:

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Technical Certificate, Trade Test or vocational qualification for technical roles.
• One to three years of relevant work experience.
