The 51-year-old diva appeared on The One Show on Tuesday evening to discuss her new book, I Haven’t Been Entirely Honest With You, and startled hosts Alex Jones and Alex Scott when she shared the joyful news.

The celebrity also discusses her unknown marriage in the book.While describing her relationship, she remained mysterious but acknowledged that’someone placed a ring on it!’

Miranda cheerfully recounted that she met ‘her person’ at the age of 49 while facing chronic sickness. She stated, “I’m married; I married at 51, and it’s just so great! I’d written Gary for Miranda, and it wasn’t until I was 49 that I met my soulmate.

“It’s a little undercurrent in the novel, and I’m not going to tell how we met because it’s a little unexpected. He’s my best friend; we had the most fun, and I’m overjoyed to be a youthful bride at 51.”
