Mr Macaroni Talks About Children Now Involved In Skits Making

After a video of a little boy named Akorede went viral, Nigerian comedian Debo Adedayo, also known as Mr. Macaroni, blasted parents of kids copying his routines.

In order to foster their abilities, he advised parents to support their children’s exploration of their capabilities rather than pushing them too far.

He stated “Dear parents and guardians, I understand the urge to want to make the most out of our uniquely talented children,” Macaroni said in response to the ‘X’.

On the other hand, I really think that we should proceed with caution. We have to present their skills in a way that is suitable for their age.

Our children must come first and be properly raised.”

“Young children possess a special kind of talent. Although I think it’s important to discover them early on, I also realise that we need to guide and teach them to create at a pace appropriate for their age.

Gradually, we can give them greater creative freedom. One step at a time.”

Meanwhile, Lateef Adedimeji and wife, MoBimpe, who serves as their film’s executive producer discussed the possibility of featuring both Debo and Ibrahim Chatta in a movie.

Adedimeji stated that it was a conscious choice to cast Adebowale Adebayo, also known as Mr. Macaroni, as Sokenu and Ibrahim Chatta as Olori Ilari in a recent interview on “Nollywood on Radio.”

He said that since the script’s inception, he had imagined Ibrahim Chatta playing the role because his research suggested that no one else could play the character better.

MoBimpe stated that her role in “Lisabi” allowed her to work with Chatta, something she had always wanted to do.

Since Mr. Macaroni and Sokenu have such wonderful chemistry on screen, Dimeji revealed that it was an easy decision to cast him as Lisabi’s best friend.

He emphasised that since they became close friends during the filming of “Ayinla,” in which they both played close roles, the relationship between their characters has improved.

In agreement with her husband, MoBimpe stated that Mr. Macaroni is not just her husband’s co-actor but also a close friend, as demonstrated by the fact that he was the best man during their wedding day.
